We founded Wick’d & Bougie, L.L.C. with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Shipping Time: Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process and be shipped.

Domestic packages take approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. Orders

shipped to outlying territories including Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Shipping Days: Monday-Wednesday due to heat in warmer months

(Spring/Summer). Monday-Thursday in colder months (Fall/Winter). This policy

prevents your bougie from possibly sitting on a delivery truck or in a distribution

center for extended periods in extreme heat.

Once packages are shipped the risk of loss passes to the buyer. Missing or stolen packages will not be replaced.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

NO REFUNDS.

All of our bougies are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Used bougies

cannot be exchanged or returned. If damage does occur during shipment

photographic proof of the damage must be emailed to info@wickdbougie.com

within 5 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your unused bougie for another one of the same price and size within 14 days of purchase. Return and exchange shipping are buyers’ responsibility.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR OFFER REFUNDS ON

DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS OR GIFT CARDS.
